Just wanted to let everyone know where we are at on the new housing. We are in the final testing phase. Rkkiller has worked out all the major bugs and now we have a list of possible scenarios that we need to test. Once I get through our list we will announce a release date.

I would also like to thank everyone for being so patient while we worked on this upgrade. I know it has taken longer than expected, it took longer then we expected too, but like my mom always said, "good things come to those who wait".

It shouldn't be much longer now, we are in the home stretch!!

There are going to be some serious issues addressed in next few days/weeks. The housing upgrade is almost complete and there are also ideas for the weapons. I am looking for ideas about the crystals, since this seems to be the hot topic as of late. I am open to suggestions, but something needs to be done. RK and I have talked about a few changes, but I want to get your ideas before we do anything. We are looking for ways to bring the challenge back to the game, so please feel free to post your suggestions.

Well, it looks like we will no longer be allowing people to share an IP address. There are some that feel they need to make as many accounts as they can and they have ruined it for the honest players. If you already share an IP, dont worry, you will still be able to. We are stopping people from sharing an IP from today on. I deleted over 300 accounts on one IP this morning alone, and it is getting out of hand. As of right now, registrations have been stopped, and Doug is working on the code to stop this. The referrals will also be changed. There are people making tons of accounts just to get the crystals. Im not sure how this will be changed since I do want to reward the honest people that get new members to play, but I jailed a few people that have been making referral accounts.

Im sorry it has to be like this but Im tired of spending hours everyday deleting fake/multi accounts and jailing people for the referral issues.

OK folks, I know I am a little lax when it comes to enforcing the rules. For the most part I let things slide. I dont want this to be a game where people are afraid to speak their minds. I dont mind some swear words, I even use them myself, but in the rare occasion that something strikes me as over the line I am going to say something about it. I am not just picking on a few and letting the rest go. I say something when I feel it is over the line or offends me. Im sorry, but thats just the way it is. I can start being a tyrant and enforcing the rules 100% and to the max if that is what you all want. I dont jail people for saying things unless it is way over the line, and I have only done that 2 or 3 times. Most of the time you get a "hey, watch your mouth", or "lets clean it up a little".

I dont want to start jailing people because they say a 4-letter word, or talk a little smack, but I will if thats what you all want. We cant have it both ways. You cannot do and say what you wish and then complain when someone else does the same. I do look into everything you bring to my attention. If it is warranted, I do something about it. But, if I go back through your mails and see you doing the same type of thing that you are complaining about, well, it really carries no weight with me.

I dont want to ban people, hell I dont even want to fed people for a day or two. I just want everyone to enjoy the game, have some fun, and take this for what it is, a game.

More than one account on a single IP without permission from an admin is against the rules. If you are found with more than one account and do not have permission you, and all accounts on your IP, will be banned!
You must get permission from me or one of the other admins BEFORE a second account is created.
